These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts and work performed by BrightPeeps for its clients across all services. By engaging with BrightPeeps, you agree to these terms, which ensure a consistent and professional experience across all of our offerings.

Downtime by Hosting

Most web hosting companies, including GoDaddy and Bluehost, guarantee 99.99% uptime, with a maximum of 0.01% downtime per month. Any outages are the responsibility of the hosting provider used. BrightPeeps is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting services.

Return Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions and only within five (5) days in cases where a problem occurs due to BrightPeeps, such as technical issues or unexpected service disruptions. Refunds are not applicable beyond this window or for issues unrelated to our service performance.

App Updates

We routinely upgrade apps and digital products. You will be notified of updates when they occur.

Occasionally, updates may be required due to Shopify API changes, which can affect an app’s functionality. We reserve the right to:

• Remove any app from the Shopify App Store.

• Modify its features or functionality at any time.

If an app is a one-time purchase, users are not entitled to a refund if the app is later removed from the Shopify App Store or undergoes functional changes due to third-party (e.g., Shopify, Google, Facebook) API modifications.

Our Rights

BrightPeeps reserves the right to modify its services at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our discretion and for any reason.

BrightPeeps may also provide services to competitors of any client and does not offer exclusive arrangements unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Law and Order

This agreement, including all terms and related proposals or documents, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Both you and BrightPeeps agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, India, for any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms or services provided.
